Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.
Private yoga classes
Each class is designed specifically around your needs. We will go through static poses along with stretched to nurture the stress you are carrying. We will design a class working around your breath and movement and how to bring that to every day life.
Thai Massage
Thai massage is more energizing and rigorous than most other forms of massage therapy. It's also called Thai Yoga massage, because I use my hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like postures and stretches. My clients say Thai massage is like doing yoga without doing any of the work. No oil is applied, so you are fully dressed during the session. A single Thai massage session will help you release stress and relieve pain, and help you function more effectively at work and home.
Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy massage is Swedish massage therapy using massage oil or lotion that contains essential oils (highly concentrated plant oils). My oils are from Dotera, sold by Lynndi Petek. During an aromatherapy massage, you inhale these essential oil molecules or absorb them through your skin. Equine Massage
Performed on horses & Mules! Equine massage uses the hands, fingers, and elbows of the therapist, and other tools, including tennis balls and vibrating tools. During the massage, the soft tissue is manipulated with the goal of loosening tight muscles, joints, tendons, scar tissue, and edema; increasing blood flow and lymphatic activity; and reducing stress. Equine massage is used in exercise warm-up and after injury or for surgery rehabilitation for horses, donkeys and mules. you are free to customize your massages for your horses. I provide 30 min Massages for 80$.

**After your first visit I will travel up to 30 miles for free- After 30 miles I will charge an extra 15$ fee to your service.
**TWO equine buddies in one session = 275$ (group pricing can change if you have more than two horses/mules/donkeys)
**EXTRA services such as Equine Kinesiology Taping & Essential Oils is an extra 15$ cost per session.

Canine massage is a branch of massage therapy that promotes health in dogs. Specifically, canine massage therapy is a form of alternative therapy the benefits of which may include relaxation, increased oxygenation, relief from pain, improved joint flexibility, as well as miscellaneous benefits to the immune system.
Reflexology
Reflexology, also known as zone therapy, is an alternative medical practice involving the application of pressure to specific points on the feet and hands. This is done using thumb, finger, and hand massage techniques without the use of oil or lotion.
